MultiomicsTracks96: A high throughput PIXUL-Matrix-based toolbox to profile frozen and FFPE tissues multiomics (H3K4m3-Seq)

Integration of ChIP, MeDIP, MeRIP, and RT Seq for multiomics analysis of frozen and FFPE tissue Overall design: Mouse frozen and FFPE tissue from 4 organs (brain, heart, kidney, and liver) were obtained and analyzed using ChIP, MeDIP, MeRIP, and RT PCR and Sequencing. Data was compared using correlation scatterplots, differential expression, IGV (sequencing read profile snapshots), PCA, PCR Crunch (expression and epigenetic mark levels), and Venn diagrams.
