We conducted a clinical study to compare the gut microbial composition and colony host co-metabolites between CRC patients and normal individuals, to analyse the characteristics of gut microbes in CRC patients and screen for potential bacterial markers, to analyse how the gut flora affects CRC development by influencing metabolites and metabolic pathways through metabolomics and to jointly analyse the gut microbes in CRC patients through colony metabolomics We also analyse how intestinal flora affects CRC development through metabolites and metabolic pathways by metabolomics, and elucidate the specific mechanism of intestinal flora in colon cancer development by metabolomics.
