A Lessons Management Framework for NSW Emergency Management Sector

The LMF is intended to support the capture and analysis of information and identification and learning of lessons from incidents, exercises and other reviews. It provides the elements for a standard approach to LM which can be applied at organisational, local, regional and state levels. How it is applied at each level depends on the context, characteristics and current level of\r\nLM maturity.\r\nThe LMF can also be tailored and applied to other disciplines that would benefit from sharing knowledge or lessons identified, such as horizon scanning, risk management or project management.
