资源简介:
Objectives To assess the correlation between cg06243638 methylation level of P4HA2 and clinical characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis patients. Methods The peripheral blood samples of 241 RA patients and 30 healthy controls were collected. DNA methylation level was assessed by MethylTarget and the correlation between methylation level and clinical features of RA was analyzed by Spearman's rank correlation analysis using R software. Results In a whole blood methylation study in RA patients, cg06243638 was found to be up-regulated in RA patients compared to healthy individuals .The cg06243638 methylation level of the P4HA2 gene was correlated with clinical indicators such as BMI, DAS28, RF/CCP, and VAS score in RA patients. This will provide a basis for studying the mechanism of the occurrence and development of P4HA2 in RA.
