Effects of non-thermal methods (High-Pressure Processing, UV-C irradiation and thermoultrasonication) on donor human milk safety and functionality

This study was conducted in order to evaluate the effects of high-pressure processing, UV-C irradiation and thermo-ultrasonication on donor human milk safety and quality. The results of these methods were then compared with holder pasteurization, which is the current recommended treatment for donor human milk.
