Health-related quality of life for people with long-term conditions (NHSOF 2)

This indicator measures the health-related quality of life for people who identify themselves as having one or more long-term conditions. Purpose This indicator measures how successfully the NHS is supporting people with long-term conditions to live as normal a life as possible. This indicator helps people understand whether health-related quality of life is improving over time for the population with long-term conditions.
