Bavarian dictionary

The Bavarian Dictionary researches and documents the entire Bavarian vocabulary from Upper Bavaria, Lower Bavaria, the Upper Palatinate and the adjacent Bavarian areas of Bavarian Swabia as well as Central and Upper Franconia. In addition to the dialects spoken today, literary traditions from Bavaria have also been taken into account since their beginnings in the 8th century.
