The System Usability Scale (SUS) is used to measure overall usability and provides an overview of how users assess the functionality and ease of use of the existing interface.

·       Pre-design Survey: Conducted before the redesign to identify issues and gather an initial understanding of user perceptions of the existing design.

·       Post-design Survey: Conducted after the new design was implemented to evaluate changes in user experience, comparing UEQ and SUS scores from both stages.
