Whole transcriptome profiling in Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cells with and wothout PRMT5 knockout revealed important pro-survival pathways that are regulated by PRMT5. Overall design: TMD8 and OCI-LY7cells expressing doxycycline inducible sgRNA targeting PRMT5 were culture in the presence of 20ng/ml of doxycycline for 0, 3 or 6 days. Duplicated samples were used for each time point. RNA were isolated from above cells and used for RNA sequencing analysis.
