Supplementary data for - The Molecular Genetic Basis of Inverse Comorbidity of Alcoholic Liver Disease (ALD) and Prostate Cancer (PC)

This repository contains supplementary data generated during the MSc research project of investigating the molecular genetic basis of inverse comorbidity of Alcoholic Liver Disease (ALD) and Prostate Cancer (PC). For each phenotype, the datasets include SNP variant identifier (rsID), effect allele (A1), non-effect allele (A2), sample size (N) and Z-score test statistic representing the strength and direction of association between genetic variant and phenotype (Z). The dataset includes outputs from genome wide association study (GWAS) analysis outputs, which were used in further downstream analysis including FUMA, LDSC and LAVA for the transparancy and reproducibility of this project.
