Post-acute COVID-19 syndrome (PACS) affects at least 65 million individuals worldwide but treatment is limited. Whether microbiota modulation is effective in PACS is unknown. We aimed to assess the efficacy of a novel synbiotic preparation (SIM01) on the alleviation of PACS symptoms.
