Data and Code for "Interference of critical dynamics associated with zero modes"

This record contains the numerical data, figures, and data-generation codes associated with the manuscript “Interference of critical dynamics associated with zero modes”. The dataset is organized into three folders. The Codes folder contains the Python scripts used for open-boundary non-equilibrium time evolution and the Wolfram Language scripts used for equilibrium calculations. The RawData folder contains the numerical data used to generate the figures in the main text and Supplemental Material. The Figures folder contains the final figure files for reference. The calculations concern generalized Creutz ladders under closed quench paths. The main quantities include the zero-mode transfer probability, bulk excitation density, boundary density defects, energy spectra, and equilibrium topological information. Details of the file organization, example commands, and software environment are provided in the README file.
