RecordedPlat

This dataset was created January 2018 and maintained to capture the approximate location of recorded plat boundaries within City of San Antonio Municipal boundaries and City of San Antonio Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction area. Data includes recorded plat boundaries recorded in 2016 to current. Maintained for land development, land permitting, land addressing, land zoning and land management GIS data. The data contained in this dataset is not a substitute for data survey from a registered land surveyor. This data is also the basis for current zoning, land use, and is used extensively for analysis for a variety of projects.本数据集于2018年1月创建，旨在采集圣安东尼奥市（City of San Antonio）市政辖区及该市域外管辖区域（Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction）内已备案宗地界址的大致位置。本数据集涵盖2016年至今备案的宗地界址线，服务于土地开发、土地许可、土地地址编制、土地分区管制及土地管理地理信息系统（Geographic Information System，简称GIS）相关工作。本数据集所含数据不得替代注册土地测量师出具的实测数据。该数据同时为现行土地分区管制与土地利用的依据，并广泛应用于各类项目的分析工作中。
