Files of post-processed videos of Delft3D simulations of consecutive submarine 3D low-density turbidity currents. Turbidity currents are completely confined in a submarine canyon and become unconfined at the canyon slope break. Model dimensions are at natural scale (kilometre scale).<br>Two groups are set up with medium- and fine- grained sediment each. Three scenarios are also configured with no extra fine sediment, extra fine sediment in the water column and extra fine sediment on the seabed.

本数据集包含连续型海底三维低密度浊流(turbidity currents)的代尔夫特3D(Delft3D)数值模拟的后处理视频文件。该浊流完全被约束于海底峡谷内部,并在峡谷坡折处不再受峡谷约束。模型采用自然尺度构建,尺度为千米级。 实验共分为两组,每组分别以中粒沉积物与细粒沉积物为模拟介质;同时设置三种情景:无额外细粒沉积物、水体中添加细粒沉积物,以及海床表面添加细粒沉积物。
