Temperature and salinity profiles were collected from CTD casts in the NW Atlantic (limit-40 W) from NOAA Ship Delaware II and other platforms from 14 January 1997 to 30 October 1997. Data were collected from 12 cruises from multiple programs. CTD casts were primarily made in conjunction with bongo plankton tows but plankton data are not included.
