According to a survey conducted by Opensurvey in June 2022 on the reasons for cancelling an online shopping membership in South Korea, about 41.3 percent of men and around 42.1 percent of women stated that they didn't take advantage of all benefits. Other reasons included the expiration of the monthly subscription or free trial.
