Supplementary materials for the article "Fuzzy membership along a stable soil physicochemical gradient is associated with arylsulfatase and β-glucosidase activities"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset and code package supports an observational study of 2,209 soil samples from commercial agricultural fields in southern Brazil. It includes 15 physicochemical soil attributes, arylsulfatase and beta-glucosidase activities, deidentified grouping variables, Python analysis code, selected numerical outputs, and publication figures. Principal component analysis and fuzzy c-means were used to identify continuous multivariate soil profiles. Mixed-effects models assessed associations between continuous profile membership and enzyme activities. The data do not support causal or predictive interpretations. Direct identifiers, source-row traceability, exact collection dates, row-level municipality names, and historical within-property environment classifications are not distributed.
