Dataset for computational study of Computational exploration of the inhibitory mechanism of mRNA against the phase separation of hnRNPA2 low complexity domain

This dataset consist the following contents:

1. The data used to generate RSET2 trajectories for monomer, monomer with RNA, dimer and dimer with RNA systems, including initial structures, parameter files and topology files;

2. The initial structures for hnRNPA2 FL, hnRNPA2 FL with RNA, hnRNPA2 LCD and hnRNPA2 LCD with RNA systems in phase coexistence simulations;
