Under Part IV of the Act the Court is divided into five divisions. The Appeals files are divided into five classes corresponding to these divisions: Class 1 - the Environmental Planning and Protection Appeals Division (files numbered 10,000); Class 2 - the Local Government and Miscellaneous Appeals Division (files numbered 20,000); Class 3 - the Land Tenure, Valuation, Rating and Compensation Division (files numbered 30,000); Class 4 - the Environmental Planning and Protection Civil Enforcement Division (files numbered 40,000); and Class 5 - the Environmental Planning and Protection Summary Enforcement Division (files numbered 50,000).
