Microcensus Ad-Hoc-Module 'Work organisation and working time arrangements' 2015 (SUF edition)

Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called ad-hoc-modules (AHM) that can vary from year to year. The EU-LFS ad-hoc-module 2015 on ‘Work organisation and working time arrangements’ is divided into three submodules: flexibility of working times, methods at work, place of work. All employed persons aged 15 and over from the initial survey of the microcensus were interviewed. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2015.

供科研使用的完整版数据集。除微观普查劳动力调查（Microcensus Labour Force Survey, LFS）的核心变量外，该调查还设有每年可能更新的临时附加模块（ad-hoc-modules, AHM）。2015年欧盟劳动力调查临时附加模块（EU-LFS AHM）以“工作组织与工时安排”为主题，分为三个子模块：工作时间灵活性、工作方法及工作地点。微观普查首轮调研中的所有15岁及以上就业人员均接受了访谈。临时附加模块的问题紧随基础问卷模块的问题之后进行询问。本数据集同时收录2015年微观普查主调研的全部问题。
