Single cell RNA sequencing of MPN patients from humans in South Korea

we analyzed BM aspirates in reactive BMs, pre-PMFs, overt PMFs, and non-PMF MPNs by single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), identifying cell types , including hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell (HSPC) and MK. We performed scRNA-seq on BM mononuclear cells (BM-MNCs) isolated from 17 PMF patients (five pre-PMFs and 12 overt PMFs). Additionally, we analyzed scRNA-seq data of BM-MNCs from two non-neoplastic reactive BMs (one case with idiopathic polycythemia and the other with reactive thrombocytosis)
