四川省1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1980年）包括四川省1980年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
The Sichuan Province 1:4,000,000 Scale County-level Administrative Divisions Dataset (1980) consists of two components: the 1980 county-level administrative division data of Sichuan Province, and the county-level administrative resident location data. The county-level administrative division data includes details such as the name, pinyin, administrative division code, and change history of each county-level administrative unit. The resident location data covers the geographic position of the administrative resident sites of county-level units, along with the level and change history of these resident sites.
