Guaranteed loans on 1 January 2015

State of loans guaranteed by Lorient Agglomeration. Articles L.2313-1 6°, L. 5211-36 and L. 5711-1. of the General Code of Territorial Communities (CGCT). Loan guarantees fall within the category of off-balance sheet liabilities, because a community may grant its guarantor to a legal person governed by public or private law to facilitate the carrying out of operations in the public interest. Benefiting from a loan guarantee facilitates access to credit for the beneficiaries of the guarantee or allows them to benefit from a lower rate. This file presents the beneficiary of the loan, the year of the loan, the lending agency, the amount borrowed, the capital remaining due, the duration of the loan, the periodicity of repayments, the rate of the loan.
