Study of satisfaction of people who use Psycomotricity Services in Municipal Sports Centers

Study of the satisfaction of the parents/guardians of the users with the program of Child Psycomotricity in the Municipal Sports Centers of the City Council of Madrid through the analysis of the results obtained when carrying out a survey sent by email to the total of the people responsible for the children inviting them to participate. Through the Childhood Psycomotricity program it is intended to bring children closer to play situations to favor their global development respecting their motor, cognitive, affective and socialisation characteristics. At the same time, it is intended to facilitate a first contact with the environment of the different sports practices, including all those who may have special educational needs and where the parents are personally informed through the tutoring that are carried out periodically during the course. The purpose of this study is the analysis of the profile of the users of the psychomotor program through the survey aimed at parents/guardians and to know their opinion, expectations, needs and satisfaction, through the realisation of various questions related to the services offered (facilities, schedule of sessions and tutoring and technical professional). In this way, areas or actions that require improvement interventions can be detected to achieve the general objective of the Quality Plan established in the Madrid City Council for 2019-2023: guarantee the quality of the services provided to citizens and their continuous improvement, achieving citizen satisfaction and achieving an increasingly effective and efficient, participatory and transparent public management.
