Pastries, cookies and cereals sales value Spain 2021, by type

In 2021, the value of sales of pastries and cakes rose to over 3,1 billion euros. A popular product within this group are cookies, which recorded a sales value of more than 280 million euros before the COVID-19 pandemic. Surprisingly, this figure increased to 885 million euros this year, more than the value of cereals and christmas products combined.
