Data from: Revisiting Climate-Driven Low-Degree Spherical Harmonic Variations through the Improved Reconstruction of Hydrospheric and Cryospheric Mass Redistributions

The dataset contains reconstructed component contributions from the hydrosphere (TWS) and the cryosphere, including Antarctic Ice Sheet (AIS), Greenland Ice Sheet (GrIS), and mountain glaciers (MG), as well as the corresponding residual-observed benchmark (ResOBS) time series used for validation.
