Effects of night light on gene expression in gerbils

n this study, gerbils were divided into a control group (Ctl) and a LAN group. The control group was exposed to ambient light (4000 K, 78 lux), while the LAN group was exposed to blue light (471 nm, 78 lux) at ZT14 for 1 hour, and the experiment period was 10 weeks. The tissue of fat, liver, pancreas, muscle, adrenal cortex and kidney of two groups of gerbils were analyzed by transcriptometry.
