Processed data accompanying Stars2Cells: Astrometric Tracking of Neurons Across Imaging Sessions. (i) DMS behavioral-economics application - MPS-extracted spatial footprints, deconvolved ΔF/F traces, behavioral event tables, and S2C cross-session track assignments from oral-fentanyl self-administration in dorsomedial striatum. (ii) Frozen synthetic benchmark - the 1,262 paired runs (100-1,000 neurons; 8 perturbation conditions + identity sanity floor) with ground-truth identity tables and per-run outputs; regenerable from the released generator (see related analysis-code deposit). Raw single-photon miniscope videos (~1.4 TB) are available from the corresponding author on reasonable request; not deposited owing to size and not required to interpret, verify, or extend the results.
