资源简介:
Sinorhizobium fredii NGR234 is a nitrogen fixing bacteria that is able to nodulate a large number of host plants, including the common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris), which is the most important food legume for consumption in the world. NGR234 produces five Nops (NopM, NopJ, NopP, NopL and NopT) which can be injected into the plant and determinate nodulation efficiency. The aim of this work is identify Phaseolus vulgaris genes differentially expressed when interacting with NGR234 strains through RNAseq strategy. P. vulgaris was inoculated with wild type NGR234 and nopM-, nopJ- and rhcN- mutant strains. The rhcN- strain is not able to transfer any Nops to the host plant. Total RNA was extracted from primordia (10 DAI) and nodules (21 DAI) resulting in a set of eight samples. cDNA libraries were sequenced on a Life Technologies SOLiD 4® platform.
