Matrix-ID_Detailed results for Signal prediction and Retention Time prediction using one-hot encoding

Provides the detailed prediction results obtained with the XGBoost model trained using one-hot encoded LC-method identifiers instead of Matrix-ID descriptors. The supplementary material consists of the corresponding signal and RT prediction results in CSV format, which were used to compare the performance of the one-hot encoding approach with the Matrix-ID-based model.
