This dataset contains pesticide residue surveillance data from 60 fresh-produce samples collected during five sampling campaigns between March 2025 and March 2026 in Laouamra, Rissana and Ksar El Kebir, Loukkos region, northwestern Morocco. Samples include vegetables, fruits and aromatic herbs. Pesticide residues were determined by LC-MS/MS according to NM EN 15662 using a QuEChERS/d-SPE workflow. The dataset includes sample metadata, quantified pesticide residues, limits of quantification and surveillance-related information associated with the study.
