This undergraduate research dataset comprises spectral data of rice canopy diseases. The data were collected in August 2016 at the Rice Research Institute located in Fangzheng County, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. Hyperspectral data of rice leaves and canopy diseases were acquired using the U.S.-manufactured Hyperspec VNIR hyperspectral imaging system, which has 203 effective spectral bands.
