资源简介:
Iron overload plays an important role in promoting the development of periodontitis. Periodontitis is an inflammatory and destructive disease that destroys periodontal supporting tissues and leads to alveolar bone loss. In vivo and in vitro studies have suggested that iron overload induced apoptosis of osteoblasts. In this study, an iron overload model of mouse proosteoblast cell line MC3T3-E1 induced by high concentration of ferric ammonium citrate was used to simulate the periodontal iron overload environment in combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment and analyze the miRNAs expression profiles in MC3T3-E1 cells under iron overload. The results showed that increased miR-3074-5p by iron overload results in apoptosis of MC3T3-E1 cells.
