VPRS 12189 Receipt and Issue of Gold

This series consists of completed forms which record the receipt of gold by the Melbourne Mint from various sources, and the gold issued by the Mint.There are two types of form in this series: the Statement of Receipts and Issues of Gold indicates the amounts of gold received by the Royal Mint, Melbourne Branch from Victoria, NSW, NZ, QLD, SA, Tas and WA. It also records the amounts of gold issued (weight and value) as Gold Coin and as Gold Bullion.The other form is the Return of Gold Actually Received.
