Ectopic lymphoid structures in the aged lacrimal glands

To investigate the molecular pathways altered during aging of the lacrimal gland in C57BL/6J females, we compared the LG transcriptome at different time points. We sequenced the mRNA of lacrimal glands from C57BL/6J females mice at 2 months-old (M), 12 M and 24 M in triplicates.为探究C57BL/6J雌性小鼠泪腺（lacrimal gland）衰老过程中发生改变的分子通路，我们对不同时间点的LG转录组进行了比较。我们对2月龄（M）、12月龄（M）及24月龄（M）的C57BL/6J雌性小鼠的泪腺mRNA进行了三重生物学重复测序。
