Data and code for "Comparator choice in disproportionality analysis of pediatric antiseizure medications"
收藏资源简介:
Data, code and documentation for the study “Comparator choice in disproportionality analysis of pediatric antiseizure medications” (manuscript submitted to Drug Safety, November 2026). Using pediatric reports in the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS, 2013Q1–2025Q4; 581,985 reports), the study compares three reference groups (all other drugs, other antiseizure medications and epilepsy-coded reports) for lacosamide, perampanel and cannabidiol, and scores them against benchmark terms classified independently by two blinded pharmacists. The archive contains the 505 drug–term pair results, the final independent and historical author-assigned benchmark classifications, role-anonymized classification and adjudication records, Supplementary Tables S1–S18 (xlsx and CSV), the analysis code with a portable reproduction entry, and a retrospective analysis specification with a development record. FAERS raw files are publicly available from the FDA; MedDRA is licensed and not included. Contents and reproduction instructions are in README.md inside the archive.
