This study explored how AI-related training affects Chinese TVET teachers' AI-TPACK competency, technological acceptance, and behavioral intention to utilize AI in teaching. A cross-sectional quantitative design was used. Data were collected from 437 in-service instructors at higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province, China, using an anonymous online questionnaire and systematic random selection. The TAM and TPACK scales were developed into measurement devices and tested for reliability and validity. Tests of direct, mediating, and predictive associations were done using PLS-SEM. Data collection followed institutional ethics, participation was voluntary, and informed consent was acquired.
