<strong>5_cross_validation.zip:</strong> A dataset for cross-validation of IPEV. <strong>dataset sequencing error: </strong>An artificially simulated file with sequencing errors. <strong>RBP_accession_id: </strong>Accession IDs of Receptor Binding Proteins (RBPs) in phage collected by our article. <strong>runtime_evlauation_data.zip:</strong> A dataset for evaluating the runtime of IPEV. <strong>test_eukar.fasta:</strong> An independent test set of IPEV (eukaryotic virus). <strong>test_prokar.fasta:</strong> An independent test set of IPEV (prokaryotic virus). <strong>capping.fasta:</strong> The capping enzyme sequences used in this article.
