To investigate in vivo transcriptome profiles of macrophages from CTR and Mac-GsaKO mice , we isolated and cultured peritoneal macrophages. Our data indicates that macrophages from CTR and Mac-GsaKO mice show different mRNA expressions. Compared with macrophages from CTR mice, macrophages from Mac-GsaKO mice expressed more genes related to lipid metabolism. Overall design: Samples from macrophages isolated and cultured from CTR and Mac-GsaKO mice (aged 6-8 weeks).
