Transcriptomics of rat airway epithelial cells

Rat airway epithelial cells were cultured at the air-liquid interface and their total RNA was extracted for transcriptomic sequence analysis.将大鼠气道上皮细胞置于气液界面（air-liquid interface）进行体外培养，提取其总RNA后开展转录组测序分析（transcriptomic sequence analysis）。
