DICOM Dataset of the TAM-ARa Dynamic Anthropomorphic Phantom: CT and CBCT Acquisitions in Supine and Upright Positions
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains DICOM imaging data acquired using the TAM-ARa phantom, a new Thoraco-abdominal Anthropomorphic Phantom with Motion for Adaptive Radiotherapy (TAM-ARa). The TAM-ARa phantom was developed to simulate realistic thoraco-abdominal respiratory motion and anatomical deformation in a controlled and reproducible environment for radiotherapy research and validation of adaptive treatment workflows. The dataset includes the following imaging acquisitions: • CT scan in supine position• CBCT scan in supine position• CBCT scan in upright position All imaging data are provided in standard DICOM format and can be used for validation of imaging workflows, algorithm testing, and end-to-end verification of radiotherapy procedures. A detailed description of the phantom design and its application in radiotherapy workflow validation is provided in the manuscript: "End-to-End Testing of an Online Adaptive Radiotherapy Workflow for Liver Tumors using a Dynamic Thoraco-abdominal Anthropomorphic Phantom".
