RNAseq data of control and LPS-stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs)

In acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), pathogenic factors like infections can cause damage of pulmonary vascular endothelial cells, resulting in increased endothelial vascular leakage (EVL) and edema. Herein, we constructed LPS-stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) models. RNAseq analysis were conducted to validated the mitophagy process and endothelial apoptosis during LPS-induced EVL to explore the mechanism underlying ABL2-induced MNRR1 phosphorylation and mitophagy inhibition in ARDS.
