Genome-wide identification of the translation ability of the RNC-SRP complex [RIBO-seq]

Ribosome profiling (Ribo-seq) analysis to identify number of ribosome-protected reads from CBC-associated mRNAs or eIF4E-associated mRNAs encoding either a signal sequence or transmembrane domain (TMD) Ribo-seqs and mRNA-seqs experiments were performed in HEK293T cell either undepleted or depleted of endogenous SRα. In HEK293T cells, mRNAs bound to either CBP80 or eIF4E were immunoprecipitated (IPed) and then subjected to ribo-seq.
