Sanger sequencing validation of the circGALNT1 (hsa_circ_0108340) back-splice junction

This dataset contains raw Sanger sequencing data used to validate the back-splice junction of the circular RNA circGALNT1 (hsa_circ_0108340), derived from exons 4–10 of the GALNT1 gene. Sequencing was performed to confirm the circular RNA structure reported in the associated manuscript. The dataset includes chromatogram files and/or sequence files corresponding to the circGALNT1 junction region. No high-throughput sequencing data are included.
