资源简介:

In this repository, we provide the data supporting the work, "Fuzzy dark matter halos with repulsive self-interactions: coherent soliton and halo vortex network with moderate self-coupling", published in Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society [DOI: ]. We also provide the plotting scripts that can essentially reproduce the figures. There are two types of data: wavefunctions and post-processed data. The former are named as “gppe-g=*-t=*.mat’ where the wavefunction, ut, at a given time, t, for dimensionless interaction strenght, g (g^\prime in the paper). In the wavefunction data for t=8, we also provide the incompressible velocity profiles to illustrate the artistic volume-rendering profiles in Fig. 1. The post-processed data are ‘data.mat’ for Fig. 2-7 and Fig. B1, ‘data_spectrum.mat’ for Fig. 8, and ‘data_ vortex_length.mat’ for Fig. 9. The lists of variables are given below: ** ‘data.mat’ - Please refer to fig_1.m, fig_2.m, fig_3.m, fig_4_et_7.m, fig_5.m, fig_6.m g: the list of g^\prime; om: Core oscillation frequency; Gamma_g: the characteristic interaction strengths estimate from the SG+NFW fit; r: the dimensionless radius; den_avg_r & dden_avg_r: the time-averaged radial density prfoiles & their standard deviations. There are 11 rows, and each row corresponds to different gs; rc & rt: core and transistion radii extracted under the SG+NFW fit for the time-averaged radial density profiles; rc_interp: the half-density radius extracted from the linear interpolation; drc_up & drc_low: the range for possible half-density radius based on the grid resolution; M_PO & r_PO: Penrose-Onsager core mass and the ratio of the first two largest eigenmodes; Eke_*_avg_r: Provides the time-averaged radial kinetic energy density profiles for f: clasical kinetic, incom: incompressible component, com: compressible component; There are 11 rows for different g. dEke_*_avg_r: are the corredsponding standard deviation as function of r. Eqf_avg_r & dEqf_avg_r: Quantum pressure energy density profiles and their standard deviations; Es_avg_r & dEs_avg_r: Self-coupling energy density profiles and their standard deviations; Eg_avg_r & dEg_avg_r: Gravitational energy density profiles and their standard deviations; Vabs_avg_r: The radial profile of the modulus square of the velocity profiles for all g. g1_r: the radial profiles of 1st order correlation function; g2_r: the radial profiles of 2nd order correlation function; f_PO_r: PO condensate fraction as a function of radius. ‘data_spectrum.mat’ - Please refer fig_8.m for plotting instruction g: the list of dimensionless interaction strength; kr: radial momenum grid; facx: momentum grid size (fourier factor); Eke_incom_avg_kr: Vsq_incom_avg_kr & dVsq_incom_avg_kr : Ps_avg: the granule power spectra; k_Ps, k_Vsq_incom, k_Eke_incom: Peak locations of the granule power, incompressible velocity and energy spectra; dk_Ps, dk_Vsq_incom, dk_Eke_incom: the standard deviation over averaged time for the peak loactions of spectra.
