数据采集自本单位自有数据库和公开数据集。派车时间为接呼救与派车时刻的差值；出车时间为派车与驶向现场时刻的差值；驶向现场与到达现场时刻的差值；急救指挥系统采用卫星导航系统提供的经纬度坐标，精确获取患者和待命救护车的实时位置，然后采用先进的路径规划算法，根据患者的位置信息和待命救护车的实时位置，计算出最优行驶路线，并将最终采用的路线距离进行记录。

The dataset is collected from the unit's proprietary database and publicly available datasets. Dispatch time is defined as the temporal difference between the receipt of an emergency call and the moment of ambulance dispatch; departure time refers to the temporal difference between the moment of ambulance dispatch and the moment when the ambulance departs for the emergency scene; the temporal difference between the moment of traveling to the scene and the moment of arriving at the scene is also recorded. The emergency command system accurately obtains the real-time positions of patients and standby ambulances using longitude and latitude coordinates provided by the satellite navigation system. It then utilizes advanced path planning algorithms to compute the optimal driving route based on the patients' location information and the real-time positions of the standby ambulances, and records the distance of the ultimately selected route.
