The bacterial community in casing soil of Oudemansiella raphanipes

The production of Oudemansiella raphanipes relies on casing soil. Adding peat to the casing soil can significantly increase the yield of O. raphanipes, but its ecological mechanism is still unclear. Bacterial community in casing soil plays a key roles in the growth and development of O. raphanipes. However, there still exists a knowledge gap concerning the shifts of bacterial community in casing soil containing peat during the cultivation of O. raphanipes.
