The blood microbiome's community structure was analyzed using 16S rRNA gene sequencing in a cohort of 77 controls and 64 children with new-onset T1D in China.
Group A means the microbiome from lesion-free lung lobe; Group B means the microbiome from lesion-forming lung lobe; Group H means the microbiome from healthy individuals.
