Osedax deceptionensis and Osedax 'mediterranea' 16s rRNA metagenomic sequences

ASV_sequences.fasta - contains full list (unfiltered) of raw 16s rRNA sequences generated from root and palp tissues of <i>Osedax deceptionensis</i> and root tissues of <i>Osedax</i> 'mediterranea'. <br>ASV_Count_table_RA_Taxonomy.xlsx - contains the count and relative abundance data for each ASV. The last tab of this file contains full taxonomic affiliations for each ASV as assigned by the NR SILVA database v.132.<br>ASV_IDs.xlsx - contains a list of the ASV IDs used in the study Hewitt et al.
