Code and data for: Sleep disturbance alters brain mitochondrial function without impairing performance in an ectothermic vertebrate

This repository contains the data and R code used to reproduce all statistical analyses, tables, and figures associated with the manuscript “Sleep disturbance alters brain mitochondrial function without impairing performance in an ectothermic vertebrate.” Files include: - sleep_disturbance_data.csv : dataset used for all analyses. - sleep_disturbance_analysis.Rmd : annotated R Markdown source code. - sleep_disturbance_analysis.html : rendered analysis with code, statistical output, figures, and diagnostic results. Analyses were performed in R (version 4.3.1).
